Delivery

- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery time may take 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
- Customers will receive tracking details through SMS, email, or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
- We partner with trusted courier services for secure delivery.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on serviceable locations.
- If an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, our support team will assist you.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order value.
- Standard shipping charges will be shown during checkout.
Delivery Issues
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- wrong item,
- missing item, or
- package tampering,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Returns

Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defects
Return Request Time
- Customers must request a return/replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Customized or printed-on-demand products
Replacement Process
- After verification, replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- In some cases, refund may be provided instead of replacement.
Refund Policy

- COD refunds may be transferred via bank account or UPI.
Cancellation Policy
