- Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on serviceable locations.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to Groeat Enterprises.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defects
Return Request Time
- Customers must request a return/replacement within 7 Days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Customized or printed-on-demand products
Replacement Process
- After verification, replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- In some cases, refund may be provided instead of replacement.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- COD refunds may be transferred via bank account or UPI.
Cancellation Policy
